The bay of Zuljana is nestled between gentle, green hills with pine woods and rosemary bushes reaching straight to the crystal clear sea. The deep valley is covered with vineyards and olive groves, as most of the locals are traditionally wine and olive oil makers. Zuljana has a very old history. Some of the churches are dated back to the 6th century. New archaeological findings place the early settlements as far back as ancient Greece. Zuljana has a perfect mediterranean climate with warm summer days and cooler nights.
