The accuracy and reliability of the data page
CULT TRAVEL undertakes to take all reasonable measures regarding the provision of accurate and high quality information and does not respond to inaccurate information from business partners regarding their promotional materials. A business partner, i.e. the provider of a particular service on the site, is the owner or an authorised representative of the owner of the advertised object / tourist service and as such has all the necessary documentation for dealing with his / her business. By using this Site, the user is acquainted with the intermediary role of CULT TRAVEL as well as with the Rule of liability of CULT TRAVEL and waives any right to claim that and such damages against CULT TRAVEL.
WSPay
CULT TRAVEL uses WSPay for online payments.
WSPay is a secure online payment system for real time payments by credit and debit cards, as well as other payment forms.
WSPay assures a safe entry and transfer of credit card information to the buyer and seller, which is confirmed by PCI DSS certificate that they own.
WSPay uses SSL certificate 256 bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as highest degrees of protection for entering and transferring data.
Conversion
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Changing these Terms and Conditions of Business
